Profile: Executive/Sr. Executive - People

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Executive/Sr. Executive - People to work on certain HR related operations roles. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of people management.

Responsibilities

- Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles, ensuring alignment with job specifications.
- Job Postings & Advertisement: Create and post job advertisements on internal/external job boards and social media platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers:



Understand departmental hiring needs and draft job descriptions, while ensuring the best candidate fit.
- Offer Management: Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to extend offers, negotiate salary, and finalize hiring agreements.
- Recruitment Marketing: Promote the company’s culture and employer brand to attract top talent.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, sourcing channels, and time-to-hire statistics.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates through timely communication and qualified interaction throughout the hiring process.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in [industry/sector].
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and interviewing techniques.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
