Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR – Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and supporting MINS Global in hiring the right talent across different business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing, interviews, selection, joining, and attrition.
- Support employee engagement and other HR activities when required.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Experience in volume hiring or BPO/IT/Business Services recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
