Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand US IT & Non-IT Recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, skilled networks, databases, and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and assess candidate suitability.




- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
- Understand US staffing terminology, recruitment practices, and hiring processes.
- Build and maintain robust candidate relationships.
- Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.
- Continuously improve sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
