We’re hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist – Stores at Foodstories.

Location: Mumbai

This role will own end-to-end hiring across all our current and upcoming stores, helping us build strong teams across retail, café, kitchen, operations and store leadership.

We’re looking for someone who can move beyond coordination and truly own hiring outcomes — from manpower planning and sourcing to offer closure, joining conversion and New Store Opening hiring.

What you’ll own:

- End-to-end recruitment for all store roles
- Store-wise manpower and vacancy tracking
- Sourcing through portals, referrals, agencies, local networks and hiring drives
- Candidate screening and quality assessment
- Offer management and pre-joining engagement
- New Store Opening hiring
- Recruitment agency management
- Hiring and closure tracking

What we’re looking for:

- 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience




- Strong exposure to retail, hospitality, F&B;, grocery or other consumer-facing businesses
- Experience with frontline and managerial hiring
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management and execution capability
- Ability to manage multi-location hiring with speed and quality

This role is exclusively focused on Store Talent Acquisition.
