Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience in handling multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage walk-in drives, bulk hiring, and specialized recruitment as required.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process.
- Negotiate offers and support offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with business teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in IT, KPO, BPO, Accounting, or corporate hiring will be an advantage.
- Robust knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and tight hiring deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
