About The Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector 16. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on sourcing and hiring top technology talent across various domains and technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2+ years of experience in IT/Technology recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements. Strong proficiency in sourcing through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals is essential.

Candidates must have excellent communication,



negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. A good understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel is required. Additionally, familiarity with Boolean and X-Ray search techniques will be highly advantageous.

Candidates should have knowledge of various technologies including Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Testing, RPA, and Full Stack Development. A proactive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities As an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mount Talent Consulting, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for multiple IT roles across different levels and technologies.
- Sourcing candidates proactively through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
- Utilizing Boolean and X-Ray search techniques to identify and engage potential candidates efficiently.
- Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidate suitability based on technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinating with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and expectations.
- Negotiating offers and salary packages to ensure a positive candidate experience and successful placements.




- Maintaining accurate and updated records of recruitment activities in ATS and MS Excel.
- Building and nurturing a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Staying updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence to advise clients effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
