Are you someone who can own the complete recruitment cycle — from understanding client requirements to coordinating with vendors and closing the right candidates?

BRIL Consultancy Services (BRILCS) is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon.

What You’ll Handle:

- End-to-end Staff Augmentation / IT Recruitment
- Understand and manage client requirements
- Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn & recruitment databases
- Coordinate with vendors / recruitment partners
- Screen, shortlist & submit relevant candidates
- Manage candidate & vendor follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews and offer closures
- Maintain recruitment trackers and pipeline
- Ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements

What We’re Looking For:





2–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / Staff Augmentation

Strong sourcing skills through portals

Good understanding of IT roles & technical profiles

Experience handling clients + vendors + candidates

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Gurgaon-based candidates preferred

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2–4 Years

Work Mode: In office
