Responsibilities

- Own hiring strategy and partner with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

- Understand technical requirements and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

- Source and engage candidates through social media, professional networks, and creative channels.

- Screen applications and conduct initial phone interviews.

- Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and hiring activities.

- Maintain candidate communication, follow-ups, and recruitment status tracking.

- Support employer branding and improve candidate experience.

- Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
