Loop is a subscription management platform built for e-commerce brands on Shopify. Our primary market is the US, with growing presence in Europe and ANZ.

We are scaling rapidly, driven by a solid product and exceptional merchant experience. We achieved :3x growth in 2024, followed by nearly 3x growth again in 2025. Looking ahead, we are building the team and foundation to drive another 2x growth in 2026 as we accelerate toward our $50M goal.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring across functions - GTM, Merchant Experience, Support, and Tech & Product - alongside managing a team of at least two recruiters.
- Set and track core hiring metrics - time-to-close, pipeline health, offer-to-join ratio - and hold the team accountable to them.
- Build and diversify sourcing channels so hiring does not depend on a single pipeline.




- Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement fixes that hold as volume grows.
- Partner directly with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring bar.

Ideal Profile

- Worked in a SaaS environment and understand how hiring needs shift with fast-changing headcount and role requirements.
- Experience hiring in or expanding into US and/or EMEA markets, including familiarity with regional compensation benchmarks, employment norms, and sourcing channels.
- Led or managed a team of at least two people, with direct accountability for their output.
- Working knowledge of core hiring metrics and how to use them to diagnose and fix process gaps, not just report on them.
- A track record of owning hiring outcomes end to end, not just executing within an existing process.
