Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with robust corporate hiring experience and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should understand business requirements, stakeholder management, sourcing, selection and hiring processes, with the potential to grow into broader HR/Business HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding.
- Partner with business and functional stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
- Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection processes.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of positions.




- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Support recruitment planning and workforce requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives and business HR activities where required.

Preferred Profile

- Solid corporate TA / recruitment experience.
- Good stakeholder and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Candidates with exposure to engineering/design & development organizations would be preferred.
- Candidates with potential to transition into Business HR may also be considered.
- Strong aptitude and learning agility are important.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
