Role Overview:

Lead Talent Acquisition activities across India, partnering with business and project leaders to deliver quality hiring, workforce planning and bid/pursuit resourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for approved positions across India.
- Partner with business/project leaders on workforce requirements and sourcing strategy.
- Support bid and project hiring through talent mapping and ready talent pipelines.
- Manage and mentor the TA team to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Ensure Workday accuracy, approvals, governance and recruitment compliance.
- Build talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Improve recruitment processes, turnaround time and candidate experience.
- Use AI-enabled sourcing and recruitment tools responsibly to improve productivity.




- Track recruitment progress and provide regular hiring reports to leadership.

Experience & Skills:

- 10–15 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, consulting or skilled services.
- Strong TA leadership, stakeholder management and sourcing skills.
- Experience with Workday/ATS, niche hiring and multiple project requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation and team-management skills.
