Role Summary We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for leading end-to-end hiring across functions, managing a team of recruiters, partnering with business leaders, and driving hiring excellence through data, process rigor, and stakeholder management. This role requires someone who understands that recruitment is not merely about filling positions, but about enabling business outcomes through the right talent strategy and execution. The incumbent will be expected to personally drive critical and leadership hiring mandates in addition to leading the TA team.

While the individual will manage a TA team, they will be equally accountable for directly contributing to hiring closures, building talent pipelines, and delivering measurable recruitment outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile Experience • 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. • Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment teams. • Proven track record of hiring across diverse functions and levels, including niche and leadership roles. • Experience working in rapid-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
