Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to improve future recruitment efforts.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition within the IT industry.
- Robust understanding of domestic staffing processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
