About The Role

This isn't a role where you post a JD and wait for resumes to trickle in. You'll be out there — sourcing, screening, building relationships, and closing the gap between "we need someone" and "welcome to the team."

You'll work closely with teams to understand what each role actually needs, not just what the job title says, and bring in people who can genuinely deliver. From your first search to the candidate's first day, you'll own the process.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Hunting down great talent: Source entry-level and junior candidates for technical roles across multiple channels - job boards, social media, referrals, and beyond.
- Makes the Numbers Tell a Story: Helps build and maintain HR reports and dashboards, keeping people's data accurate and current.
- Building hiring strategy together: Collaborate with team members to identify hiring needs and shape sourcing strategies that actually work.
- Making the first cut count: Screen resumes and run initial interviews to assess whether a candidate is genuinely the right fit.
- Keeping the pipeline clean: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Writing JDs people actually read:



Draft and post job descriptions across job boards and social platforms that attract the right candidates, not just any candidates.
- Showing up where the talent is: Support and attend recruitment events and job fairs to build Millipixels' presence in the talent market.
- Running a smooth process: Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates in the loop at every stage, so the experience feels human, not transactional.
- Doing due diligence: Assist with reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Staying sharp: Keep up with industry trends and recruitment best practices so your approach never goes stale.

What You Bring to the Table

- Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- A genuine passion for talent acquisition and a hunger to keep learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize without dropping the ball
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus
- Most importantly, you enjoy the hunt - finding people, understanding what makes them tick, and matching them to the right opportunity.
