We are seeking a driven, tech-savvy Technology Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience with the end-to-end IT recruitment process, from mapping out technical talent pools to coordinating the final offer. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to help scale our technical, engineering, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively search for and engage with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other tech professionals using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
- Review incoming resumes to match candidate qualifications against technical role criteria (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, cloud infrastructure).
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates; schedule technical phone screenings, live coding evaluations, and panel interviews across various time zones.
- Keep our database pristine by updating candidate records, advancing profiles, and tracking recruitment metrics within our ATS.
- Conduct initial,



short phone alignments to assess basic behavioral fit, interest levels, notice periods, and salary expectations.
- Conduct market mapping to identify target competitor companies and keep tabs on emerging tech industry trends.
- Help draft engaging, highly specific technical job descriptions and outreach emails that catch the eye of passive candidates.

Qualifications & Skills

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A strong interest in the technology landscape. You don’t need to code, but you must be eager to learn the difference between Java and JavaScript, front-end and back-end, or various cloud ecosystems.
- Flawless verbal and written communication skills. You should feel comfortable writing compelling emails and speaking directly with technical professionals.
- Superior time-management abilities. You can juggle multiple interview schedules and candidate follow-ups without breaking a sweat.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office (Excel, Word). Prior exposure to LinkedIn, Boolean logic search strings, or an ATS is a major plus.
