6 months contract role - Immediate joiners required

Green Smart Mobility is scaling its electric fleet and field operations across India. We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive on a 6-month contract to run hiring end to end for field operations, fleet and frontline supervisory roles.

This is a delivery role, not jus a coordination role. You own requisitions from open to joined, and you're measured on people who actually start work.

What you'll do

- Source through portals, referrals, field networks and direct outreach 150+ recent profiles a month
- Screen every resume against our scoring rubric within 24 hours
- Run first-contact outreach on WhatsApp and calls; hold interview show-up above 70%
- Coordinate R1 and R2 interviews and capture feedback accurately
- Drive document collection, offer release, acceptance and joining
- Keep the candidate database accurate and updated the same day, every day

What we're looking for





- 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment sourcing to joining, not just coordination
- Volume hiring track record. Blue-collar, frontline, logistics, mobility, retail or BPO hiring strongly preferred
- Strong Excel and portal sourcing (Boolean/keyword). This role is spreadsheet-intensive
- Fluency in English and [local language]
- Graduate, any discipline. Able to join in 1530 days

This is a defined six-month contract. Extension or conversion to a permanent role may be considered on performance and business requirement, but is not guaranteed — we'd rather say so upfront.
