Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment requirements across multiple locations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle bulk recruitment for multiple positions and locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, campus drives, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation, offer letters, and joining.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and supervisors for manpower requirements.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and joining targets.
- Ensure minimum dropouts and maintain regular candidate engagement.
- Prepare and share recruitment status reports with management.
- Support recruitment drives and walk-in/campus hiring activities.

Required Skills




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good coordination and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience 2–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates from HR/Recruitment/BPO/Staffing backgrounds.
- Candidates who have experience in bulk hiring, field recruitment, or manpower sourcing will be preferred.

Performance Expectations
- Achieve assigned manpower hiring targets.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Ensure timely joining against open positions.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and daily follow-up.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
