Job Purpose: Job responsibility to Tail Operator

Responsibilities:

· Material handling to be taken care

· Knowledge of visual defects ( Die line, rough finish, shearing, tearing )

· Arranging profiles equal feed to stretching & finish saw cutting process.

· End cut pieces to be separate alloy wise in bins

· Follow instructions of operator/supervisor

· Good house keeping

· Arrange gunny bags in quenching tank while water quenching dies are running.

Requisite Skills:

Knowledge :-

· Extrusion process

· Alloy identification

· Material/ profile defects

Skills :-

· Extrusion process & method

· Scrap management

· Follow sop

Ability :-

· Self Motivational

· Internal communication

· Dissemination of information

· safety / execution 5’S

Desired Skills:

· Positive learning skills required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
