Key Responsibilities

Leadership Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Technical Oversight

- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to team members.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development and system architecture.

- Track emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements into the teams workflow.

Strategic Planning

- Develop and implement technical strategies that support business growth.

- Identify opportunities for technological improvement and innovation.

- Manage the technical budget and allocate resources effectively.

Communication Collaboration

- Act as the liaison between technical teams and other departments.

- Translate technical concepts and project status into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Education:



Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in technical roles, including a proven track record in leadership or management positions.

Required Skills

Technical - Mandatory

- Proven experience as a Full Stack React Native Developer or in a similar role.

- Experience building microservice-based desktop and mobile applications.

- React Native and Node.js - mandatory framework expertise.

- Front-end languages and libraries: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.

- Databases (MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and a working understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Technical - Good to Have

- Angular

- React JS
