About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the recruitment and support our growing talent needs. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow up.
- Collaborate with team to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Provide regular recruitment metrics and status updates to stakeholders.

Additional duties:

Handle Client if needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, HR Executive, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with ATS software and HR databases.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience recruiting in [IT / Sales / Healthcare / Manufacturing / Other].
- Ability to conduct structured interviews and competency assessments.
- Knowledge of employer branding techniques.
- Strong networking abilities.
