- Network &
- Infrastructure Management

: Manage LAN/WAN, VPN, servers, storage, virtualization, and network security.

- System Administration: Maintain Windows servers, VMware setting, Cisco infrastructure, patch management, backups, and software upgrades.

- Technical Support &

- Troubleshooting

: Resolve network, server, hardware, software, and desktop-related issues while ensuring minimum downtime.

- Retail IT Operations Support: Support EPOS systems, printers, scanners, cash drawers, and other retail technology devices.

- Security &

- Compliance Management

: Ensure data security, system integrity, policy adherence, and disaster recovery readiness.

- Vendor &

- Stakeholder Coordination

: Collaborate with corporate teams, service providers, and end users to ensure SLA compliance and smooth IT operations.

- User Support &

- Training

: Assist users with technical issues, requirements analysis, system usage, and training needs.
