System Administrator

Elektronika Integrated Solutions (EIS) is a technology and solutions company focused on IT infrastructure, networking, software solutions, examination technology and technical operations.

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with day-to-day technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain computers, servers, operating systems and other IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux-based systems and required software.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and other network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
- Perform system updates, maintenance, backups and basic security-related tasks.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions and system configurations.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and assist with IT-related operational requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripheral and network issues.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration records and technical inventories.
- Assist with deployment,



setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure for projects and client requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams during system deployments and implementations.
- Support examination technology and other project-based IT operations when required.
- Follow appropriate procedures for system security, data protection and operational reliability.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and basic Linux administration.
- Practical knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers and switches.
- Solid hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of system administration, backups, access control and IT security.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems systematically.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and support project-based technical requirements.
