Vaia is an AI-first investment and sustainability advisory firm, building proprietary LLMs tailored for compliance, reporting, and climate intelligence. We are looking for Sustainability Interns to work at the intersection of sustainability, compliance, and AI.

What you’ll work on

- Assisting with sustainability advisory workflows
- Working carbon removal projects
- Researching regulations, frameworks, and sustainability data
- Contributing to AI-led automation of sustainability workflows

Who we’re looking for

- Fresh graduates from reputed universities, with a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- A degree or coursework in AI or a related field is a plus
- Prior exposure to ESG, sustainability reporting, compliance, carbon accounting,



or related work through internships, projects, coursework, or certifications
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting and compliance frameworks is a plus
- Strong research, analytical, and data-handling skills
- An interest in AI, SaaS, and how technology can transform skilled workflows
- Someone who actively wants to work in an AI-first company and is curious about building with AI, not just using it
