- Monitoring and implementing reproducibility and repeatability of all testing of all instruments through preparation of calibration method, standardization, intermediate checks.
- Implementing Autonomous Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for 100% availability of equipment.
- Implementing all Standard Operating Processes and Standard Maintenance Processes.
- Cost
- Ensuring achievement of cost saving without compromising delivery by driving continuous process improvement.
- Cash
- Controlling FGs quality through metallurgical analysis and resultant pricing.
- Customer
- Reporting all test results within stipulated time to internal customer
- Matching testing requirement of customer.
- Minimizing response time in providing information and solutions to all internal and external customers.
- Meeting internal customer expectations by honoring service level agreements (SLA).

- Developing recent testing method in area of jurisdiction.

- Safety
- Implementing documentation of BBSO (Behavior Based Safety Observations) with respect to Operations and Maintenance in area of jurisdiction.
- Implementing HIRA and JSA.
- Reporting Near misses/Potential hazard to eliminate harm.
- Facilitating safety related training is imparted to own and contractual teams.
- Implementing emergency handling readiness through continuous recording of special events, trip analysis, failure analysis, efficiency improvement, benchmarking, and efficiency evaluation.
- People development and engagement
- Monitoring and improving performance of Metallography Lab as well as other concerned area.
- Development & training of contractual workforce and facilitating their continuous training.
- Monitoring contract management with respect to housekeeping in area of jurisdiction.
