Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Support Counselor at Edzym.

The Support

Counselor will provide guidance and assistance to students, ensuring a positive and effective learning experience.

Responsibilities include addressing student inquiries, offering motivational support, providing progress updates, and coordinating with educators to tailor learning plans to individual needs. Additionally,



the Support Counselor will maintain consistent communication with students and their guardians to ensure academic success.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and motivate students
- Experience in counseling, mentoring, or providing student support
- Organizational and time-management skills for coordinating learning plans and communications
- Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for virtual communication and tracking progress
- Empathy and problem-solving abilities to address student challenges effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in online education services is an advantage
