About The Role

We are seeking a Support Analyst with strong Azure infrastructure knowledge to manage and support Azure-hosted environments. The role combines cloud infrastructure management, application support, automation, Windows administration, security patching, and database administration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Azure, Terraform, GitHub, Ansible, .NET, and SQL Server environments.

The Support Analyst will manage and maintain Azure infrastructure across IaaS and PaaS environments, supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of application components and related software. The role includes providing application support for ROMeo application components hosted in Azure environments.

The position also involves infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible, Windows administration, security patching, and software installation. The resource will support SQL Server administration and database backups while working with relevant development and scripting technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Azure IaaS and PaaS infrastructure.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain ROMeo application components across Azure-hosted environments.
- Edit and manage Terraform code and work with GitHub.
- Automate software installation and configuration using Ansible.
- Perform Windows administration and security patching activities.




- Support SQL Server administration and database backups.
- Troubleshoot application and infrastructure support issues.
- Work with .NET, VBScript, SQL Server, and related application technologies.
