Role- SCM Coordinator ( Solar )

Non-Negotiable Requirements

- 7-10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Material Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience on Utility-Scale Solar or Renewable Energy projects.
- Experience supporting 300 MW+ Solar Projects.
- Robust material tracking, logistics coordination, and EPC/vendor management experience.
- Preference for candidates with experience on 500 MW+ Solar Parks, GW-scale projects, and Solar + BESS developments.

The SCM Coordinator will oversee supply chain and logistics monitoring activities for large-scale Solar PV and BESS projects, ensuring timely material availability to support construction and commissioning milestones.

Key Responsibilities

- Track material availability, manufacturing progress, inspection releases, dispatch, transit, and site delivery status.
- Monitor logistics KPIs,



delivery forecasts, container movement, and material receipt activities.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, freight partners, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Identify and escalate critical material shortages, delays, damages, and preservation risks.
- Support workfront planning by providing material readiness and delivery status updates.
- Maintain procurement and logistics trackers for key project equipment and materials.
- Support supply chain reporting and expedite activities for critical project packages.

Key Deliverables

- Procurement and Delivery Status Tracker.
- Critical Material Shortage & Expediting Report.
- Material Availability Reports for Construction Planning.
- Logistics KPI and Delivery Performance Reporting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent supply chain certification preferred.
- Experience supporting large-scale Solar PV, Renewable Energy, or Infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of logistics planning, inventory control, delivery forecasting, and material management.
