Job Role: Supply Chain – CT & EPOQ

Location: Pune

Experience: 2-5 Years

Shift: Rotational Shift

Budget: 5.5 Years

Facilities: Cab

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily queries/requests from Customer Care Centre (CCC), Stores and stakeholders through email.
- Manage Sales Order (SO) creation, order fulfilment and cancellation processes .
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, hubs, stores, transporters and logistics teams .
- Handle PO-related activities , including PO cancellation, exceptions, supplier orders and invoice matching.
- Coordinate with suppliers for production rescheduling and ETA updates .
- Manage and follow up on inventory, stock movement and warehouse activities .
- Good understanding of Inbound & Outbound Supply Chain processes and Cross-Docking .
- Handle warehouse inventory and return-to-store activities .




- Investigate and resolve system/order exceptions within defined TAT and quality standards.
- Ensure business partner requirements are completed on time and with required quality .
- Track and achieve team KPIs, TAT and productivity targets .
- Coordinate with multiple departments/units to ensure smooth product flow.
