We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Logistics Associate to support daily online order fulfilment, inventory management, packaging quality, courier coordination, and logistics performance tracking.

What We Are Looking For

This will be 4 months internship than PPO opportunity . The ideal candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and capable of taking ownership of daily e-commerce operations. The individual should have a genuine interest in building effective fulfilment systems while delivering a premium customer experience. After successful completion of 4 internship we will be offering full-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Order Fulfilment

- Manage the complete daily order-processing cycle through e-commerce backend platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Verify customer orders, product details, payment status, shipping addresses, and delivery instructions.
- Generate shipping manifests, invoices, airway bills, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and packing team to ensure accurate and timely order dispatch.
- Ensure all orders are processed within the defined turnaround time.

2. Inventory and Shelf-Life Management

- Maintain accurate and updated inventory records across fulfilment locations.
- Monitor stock movement, product availability, batch details, and expiry dates.
- Support the implementation and regular auditing of the FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) method.




- Identify short-expiry, damaged, slow-moving, or low-stock products and report them to the concerned team.
- Assist in reducing product wastage, stock discrepancies, and order cancellations.

3. Courier and 3PL Coordination

- Coordinate with third-party logistics aggregators and courier partners such as Shiprocket, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other service providers.
- Schedule and monitor daily courier pickups.
- Track delayed, undelivered, lost, damaged, and stuck shipments.
- Follow up with courier partners for timely resolution of delivery issues.
- Monitor NDR and RTO orders and take appropriate action to improve delivery success rates.
- Maintain professional communication with logistics partners and fulfilment centres.

4. Quality Assurance and Packaging Control

- Ensure that all customer orders follow KIWI Kisan Window’s prescribed packaging and quality standards.
- Supervise the safe packaging of fragile and premium products, including glass honey jars, ghee containers, beverages, pickles, and preserves.
- Verify product seals, quantity, batch, expiry, appearance, and packaging condition before dispatch.
- Help prevent leakage, breakage, contamination, incorrect shipments, and transit damage.
- Report recurring packaging or product-quality issues and recommend corrective actions.

5. Data Management and Performance Tracking

- Maintain daily and weekly operational trackers for orders, dispatches, delays, RTOs, damages, and courier performance.
- Track order processing time, dispatch turnaround time, delivery success rate, shipping expenditure, RTO and NDR percentage, regional distribution, and transit damage cases.
- Analyse operational data to identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.




- Prepare periodic reports for management review.

6. Customer Success and Cross-Functional Support

- Work closely with the Customer Success team to resolve delivery-related customer concerns.
- Assist with address corrections, urgent order requests, shipment escalations, replacements, and failed deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse, finance, customer service, procurement, and inventory teams.
- Ensure customers receive accurate and timely updates regarding their orders.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, E-commerce, Commerce, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in e-commerce operations are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to use functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, filters, and Pivot Tables.
- Good numerical ability with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time-management skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to daily operational challenges.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

- Previous internship or practical experience in e-commerce, warehousing, logistics, retail operations, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, Shiprocket, courier dashboards, order management systems, or inventory software.
- Understanding of NDR, RTO, COD reconciliation, order fulfilment, and last-mile delivery processes.
- Interest in the D2C ecosystem, sustainable business practices, and organic or premium food products.
