- The role is accountable for conducting technical due diligence of suppliers, reviewing and approving manufacturing quality documents, finalizing Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs), Inspection & Test Plans

(ITPs), and manufacturing procedures, while ensuring compliance throughout the manufacturing process. -CRITICAL
- The incumbent shall perform stage-wise manufacturing surveillance, witness routine and acceptance tests, verify traceability, and conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI) to ensure only conforming materials are released for project execution. - CRITICAL
- Review and comment equipment factory test procedure and test report received from suppliers or third parties for the inspections. - CRITICAL
- The role also includes monitoring supplier performance, conducting supplier audits and capability assessments, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), resolving quality issues,



and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality and project reliability. - CRITICAL
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, GTPs, technical specifications, applicable IS/IEC/ASTM standards, and contractual requirements.- CRITICAL
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Site QA, Logistics, and suppliers for timely closure of quality observations.
- The Supplier QA personnel shall coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Project Execution,

Site QA, and third-party inspection agencies to ensure seamless quality control from supplier manufacturing to site installation.
- Visiting ongoing project sites at regular intervals to ensure QA requirement & supporting site team for required support.
