Role Description The Supplier Quality Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Aurangabad Area. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining supplier quality standards to ensure components and materials meet Endurance’s technical, safety, and reliability requirements. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating new and existing suppliers, conducting supplier audits, monitoring performance metrics, and driving corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.

The Supplier Quality

Manager collaborates closely with procurement, engineering, manufacturing,



and R&D; teams to align supplier capabilities with product and process requirements. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory and customer-specific quality requirements, and contributing to long-term supplier development strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Quality Management to assess and enhance supplier performance.
- Candidates should possess experience in Supplier Audits and Quality Auditing to verify compliance with standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Quality Management principles and systems to maintain robust quality frameworks and documentation.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with automotive quality tools and methodologies (e.g., PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis) and continuous improvement practices.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, preferably with experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, along with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Candidates should possess the capacity to work on-site within manufacturing facilities, travel to supplier locations as needed, and operate effectively in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
