About the Rol e The Supply Base Manager is responsible for developing and managing a high-performing supplier and logistics network to support business objectives. This role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and performance optimization across 3PL partners, transporters, and warehouse operations. The position acts as a key link between procurement, operations, logistics, and external partners to ensure cost efficiency, service excellence, and supply chain reliability.

It also drives continuous improvement initiatives, monitors supplier KPIs, and ensures compliance with organizational and regulatory standards while optimizing end-to-end logistics performanc e.

Qualifica

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B. Com), or a related
- field.15+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Vendor Manag
- ement.Proven experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), 3PL management, and logistics opera
- tions.Robust exposure to freight management, transportation (air, sea), warehousing, and distribution net
- works.Experience in supplier performance monitoring, KPI management (OTIF, lead time, cost), and continuous improvement initia
- tives.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and procurement
tools.
