Job Purpose

Job responsibility to Develop the Extrusion Quality Process & Documents

Responsibilities:

· Ensure the extruding materiala meet the customer required standards in the online inspection.

· Hold the non-conforming materials for Senior's decisions.

· Ensuring Aging process is done timely.

· Pass the necessary information about the extruded materials in the beam to finish cutting inspection crew).

· Ensure the surface finish by putting a relevant department process. (e.g.: Spray Test for PC finish, Caustic a sample for anodizing sample).

· Ensure the materials stacked in the baskets for different surface finish as per the material stacking procedure.

· Check the extrusions before and after stretching and note down the change in reading in the Ext-Quality Report.

Requisite Skills:

Knowledge

· Hot extrusion process.

· Extrusion products defects.





· Process rejection

· 4M Management

· Manpower allocation

· Quality inspection procedures

· Engineering drawing reading

· Change management

· Abnomal situation procedures

Skills

· Usage of Quality measuring instruments.

· Inspection as per quality norms.

· Understanding of quality policies/SOP’s.

Ability

· Self-motivation

· Internal communication

· 5’s implementation at workplace.

· Follow safety procedures and guidelines.

· Awareness about workplace operation.

Education:

Relevant Experience:

5-7 years

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
