Role Description The Supervisor – Housekeeping is a full-time, in office role based at Radisson Blu Indore. This role oversees daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area upkeep, laundry coordination, and inventory control to ensure consistent quality standards. The supervisor assigns tasks, trains and guides housekeeping team members, and conducts regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.

The role involves responding to guest requests, resolving service issues promptly, and collaborating with other departments to support smooth hotel operations. The Supervisor – Housekeeping also assists with scheduling, reporting,



and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess housekeeping expertise, with hands-on experience in room cleaning procedures, public area maintenance, and hygiene standards.
- Candidates should possess laundry knowledge, including handling linens, operating laundry equipment, and managing laundry workflows.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues and address requests or concerns effectively.
- Relevant experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality operations, preferably in an upscale or branded hotel environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on hotel requirements.
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and quality control practices in housekeeping.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in hospitality management is an advantage.
