Role & responsibilities

- Production planning and scheduling

- Knowledge of PVC/UPVC/WPC manufacturing processes

- Machine operation and process monitoring

- Raw material handling and consumption control

- Quality control and inspection

- Production target achievement

- Understanding of production reports and documentation

- Basic knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting

- Waste and rejection reduction

- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures

Preferred candidate profile

- Plan and supervise daily production activities as per production schedules and targets.

- Allocate manpower and machines according to production requirements.

- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.

- Monitor production processes and identify delays or bottlenecks.

- Ensure smooth workflow across all production stages.
