Role Description The Subject Matter Expert (Data Science) is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The role involves designing and delivering data science learning content, including curriculum materials, problem sets, projects, and assessments for students preparing for tech careers.

The Subject Matter

Expert will conduct interactive sessions, workshops, and masterclasses, explain complex concepts in a simple, structured manner, and provide guidance on industry applications of data science and analytics.

Responsibilities include reviewing and updating content to align with current industry trends,



collaborating with other trainers and content teams, and supporting learners through doubt clarification, mentorship, and feedback. The role also requires analyzing learner performance data to improve teaching strategies and ensure strong placement outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with the ability to explain core concepts clearly and practically.
- Demonstrated expertise in Data Analytics and Data Analysis for solving real-world business or technical problems.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data, evaluating learning outcomes, and improving course content.
- Experience with common data science tools and languages (e.g., Python/R, SQL, libraries for machine learning and visualization).
- Prior teaching, mentoring, corporate training, or academic experience in data science or related fields is highly beneficial.
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work in office in Coimbatore and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, education-focused environment.
