About the Role

We are looking for a technically sound and responsible Studio Operator to manage day-to-day studio operations and support video production activities.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio equipment, studio setups and recording workflows, along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during shoots.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and manage studio cameras, audio equipment, lighting and recording systems.
- Set up and test cameras, microphones, lights and other equipment before shoots.
- Ensure proper camera framing, exposure, focus, lighting and audio quality.
- Handle studio setup and breakdown before and after recording sessions.
- Support single-camera and multi-camera shoots as required.
- Monitor live recording to identify and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Manage microphones, audio levels and basic sound recording requirements.
- Coordinate with the production, creative and video-editing teams during shoots.




- Maintain and organize studio equipment, cables, accessories and other production assets.
- Ensure equipment is handled safely and maintained in working condition.
- Troubleshoot basic camera, audio, lighting and recording-related issues.
- Maintain proper storage and transfer of recorded footage.
- Assist in maintaining an organized studio environment and production workflow.
- Support the team during interviews, product shoots, presentations, social media shoots and other video productions.
- Ensure all required equipment is available and ready before every shoot.
