Role Description The Studio Head role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the design studio. This role oversees project pipelines from concept through execution, coordinating with architects, interior designers, and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

The Studio

Head will manage team workflows, allocate resources, and monitor budgets, while maintaining alignment with client requirements and design standards. This position includes supervising project reviews, resolving operational issues, and guiding the team in translating client preferences into cohesive design solutions.

Head will also support business development efforts, contribute to marketing initiatives, and represent the studio in client meetings and industry interactions.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Team Management and Team Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and coordinate a multidisciplinary design team.
- Strong Project Management capabilities to plan, track, and deliver multiple architecture and interior design projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Experience with Budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain financially viable and aligned with client expectations.
- Background in Marketing or studio promotion, with the ability to support brand visibility, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in relevant design and project tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software, project management platforms) and strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate project scopes.
- Prior experience leading a design studio or managing large-scale design projects is highly beneficial.
