Job Title: Studio Coordinator
Location: Indiranagar (Domlur) Bangalore
Organization: The Studio by Copper + Cloves
Type: Full time
About Us The Studio by Copper + Cloves is a warm, welcoming wellness space in Indiranagar where people come to move, connect, and feel nourished. We offer a wide range of movement classes - from strength training and Muay Thai to yoga and pilates and we’re also a healthy, plant - based cafe. We also curate a weekly schedule of thoughtful events, nourishing plant-based food, and a space to work or just be.
Our community is made up of people seeking something more grounded than a hectic gym or crowded café: a place where they can feel held, be in their bodies, eat well, and find quiet moments of connection with themselves and others.
Our Studio is filled with tropical plants, natural light, and calming music - it feels like a haven from the chaos of the city. It’s important to us that the feeling of this space is maintained as we grow - and that the people who hold the space are aligned with our vision.
About the Role
We’re looking for a capable, grounded and committed Studio Coordinator to take responsibility for the everyday functioning and long-term growth of The Studio.
This is not a back-office job. It’s a hands-on role for someone who loves creating structure and systems, but also genuinely enjoys talking to people, welcoming them, helping them find the right class or membership, and thinking creatively about how to grow our wellness offerings.
You’ll be someone who sees the value in creating calm, meaningful spaces. Someone who feels lit up by the idea of building community, making it easier for people to move, eat well, and take care of themselves—and who can also take charge of schedules, coordinate teams, and make sure the plants get watered. You’ll be a big part of what makes The Studio feel like a sanctuary.

- Chat to everyone! Cafe customers, walk-ins and members. You should be that person that everyone knows and that knows everyone by name and their coffee order. You can only support the growth of our membership base through meaningful conversations with people, to find out their pain points and how we can serve them better,
- Help troubleshoot customer issues related to bookings, packages, or studio usage

- Track participation and gather feedback to evolve our offerings
Cross-Team Communication Goal: Help everything run more smoothly by staying in sync with all teams
- Coordinate with the café/kitchen team around shared spaces and weekend events
- Communicate and collaborate with the social marketing team to create meaningful content

- Have 1+ years of experience of administrative work, managing people, schedules or systems in a wellness, hospitality, or creative environment
