We are looking for a Student Support Executive to join our team and assist students and prospective applicants throughout the enquiry and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, admission procedures, and academic programs.

- Follow up with prospective students and assist them through the admission process.

- Maintain regular communication with existing students and address their queries.

- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to resolve student concerns.

- Maintain student enquiry and admission records.

- Schedule counselling sessions, meetings, and student interactions when required.

- Support students with basic documentation and admission-related procedures.

- Provide timely updates and ensure a positive student experience.

Requirements





- Any degree or equivalent qualification.

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.

- Basic computer and MS Office skills.

- Good interpersonal and customer-service skills.

- Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents.

- Previous experience in student support, admissions, education, or customer service is an advantage.
