About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to guide students and families through the complete overseas education journey — from understanding their academic and career goals to selecting suitable universities and programs, managing applications, and supporting them through admission.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on study-abroad programs, universities, and courses.
- Understand student profiles and recommend suitable academic opportunities.
- Guide students through the complete application and admission process.




- Manage student queries, documentation, follow-ups, and admission formalities.
- Coordinate with universities and international education partners.
- Assist with visa documentation and related requirements.
- Conduct counselling sessions, webinars, and information sessions.
- Maintain accurate student records and application status.
- Stay updated on university requirements, visa regulations, and international education trends.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and support students through admission closure.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education / International Admissions.
- Strong counselling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of international education systems and admission processes.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with university application portals and documentation.
- Basic understanding of student visa processes and requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/student-management tools is preferred.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
