Job Summary

SurePath Edtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Student Counsellors/Telecallers to join our team in Jaipur.

The selected candidates will be responsible for counselling students and parents regarding courses, colleges and career opportunities, handling enquiries, following up with prospective students and supporting the admissions process.

This role is suitable for candidates who have strong communication skills, are comfortable communicating with students and parents, and have a target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, career options and admission opportunities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing enquiry calls professionally.
- Understand students' requirements and provide relevant information about courses and colleges.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Convert qualified enquiries into counselling appointments and admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update follow-up status in the CRM.
- Coordinate counselling appointments and support admission-related activities.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until the appropriate stage of the admission process.
- Build positive and professional relationships with students and parents.
- Work towards assigned counselling, follow-up and admission targets.

Required Skills

- Robust verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident telephone handling and counselling skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
- Polite, patient and student-friendly personality.
- Ability to understand student requirements and communicate information clearly.

Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in student counselling, telecalling, education sales, admissions or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
