Role Description The Student Counselor at Vyapar Veda will provide guidance to students and aspiring professionals on educational pathways, skill development, and career options. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, understanding individual aspirations, and recommending appropriate training programs offered by Vyapar Veda. The role involves coordinating with internal trainers, maintaining accurate student records, handling inquiries in person and over the phone, and ensuring a positive experience for every learner.

The counselor will also support workshops and information sessions, assist with admissions processes,



and follow up with prospective and enrolled students to encourage engagement and retention. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills, with the ability to guide individuals on education and career choices.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, build trust, and ensure a professional and supportive experience for all students.
- Candidates should possess a background or strong interest in Education, training, or learning and development.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in counseling or training roles.
- Additional beneficial skills include empathy, problem-solving, basic computer proficiency (email, CRM or student management systems), and the ability to work collaboratively with trainers and administrative staff.
