Position: Structure Design Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech Civil / Structural Engineering

Role Overview :- We are looking for an experienced Structure Design Engineer with robust technical expertise in structural engineering and hands-on experience in the design of bridges, grade-separated structures, retaining walls and other highway-related structures The candidate should have sound knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals, including Strength of Materials and Theory of Structures, along with practical proficiency in STAAD Pro and MIDAS.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design for bridges, grade-separated structures, retaining walls and other infrastructure structures.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports and engineering drawings.
- Develop safe, economical and optimized structural design solutions.




- Ensure structural designs comply with applicable IRC, IS, IRS codes, standards and client specifications.
- Use STAAD Pro, MIDAS and other relevant structural design software for analysis and design.
- Review design inputs, drawings and calculations for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with highway, geotechnical and other engineering disciplines.
- Address client comments, design revisions and technical queries within the required turnaround time.
- Ensure timely submission of design deliverables as per project schedules.
- Support technical discussions and client meetings when required.
- Provide technical inputs for resolving design-related issues during project execution.
- Maintain quality and accuracy of all structural design deliverables.
