Introduction

We are looking for experienced Structural Design professionals with strong expertise in PEB and structural steel design to join the design team. The role will involve structural analysis, engineering design, drawing review and optimization of steel structures with a focus on technically sound and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out analysis and structural design of PEB and steel structures using STAAD.Pro.
- Develop design calculations, engineering sketches and structural details.
- Design and review structural connections for steel buildings.
- Review architectural/customer drawings and translate requirements into practical design solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize designs for strength, stability, constructability and cost efficiency.
- Review/check engineering and approval drawings before submission.
- Prepare and verify material/quantity estimates for structural projects.
- Address technical queries from customers and coordinate with internal engineering/project teams.
- Identify opportunities for design optimization and value engineering.




- Work on large and multi-storey steel structures as per applicable design standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with M.Tech in Structural Engineering Mandatory.
- 4-8 years: Design Engineer / Senior Design Engineer level.
- 8+ years: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager level.
- Strong experience in steel structure / PEB design, preferably with a PEB manufacturer, structural consultancy or engineering organization.
- Candidates from Oil & Gas, Power, Heavy Engineering and Industrial Projects with relevant structural steel design experience may also be considered.
- Hands-on knowledge of STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of Indian Standards, AISC, MBMA and structural design practices.
- Experience in designing multi-storey buildings and complex steel structures will be an advantage.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and understand customer specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and design optimization skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills with a team-oriented approach.
