We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-driven professional who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and possesses strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead sourcing activities for technology (hardware, software, SaaS) and non-technology vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreements to maximize business value.
- Collaborate with vendors and resellers to obtain competitive bids and proposals.
- Manage and maintain sourcing activity trackers, procurement documentation, and reporting dashboards.
- Coordinate contract review and approval processes with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Review vendor agreements and ensure compliance with organizational standards and business requirements.
- Support vendor onboarding and contract lifecycle management activities.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels, contractual obligations, and key performance indicators.
- Develop spend analysis, financial models, ROI assessments, and sourcing analytics to support decision-making.
- Identify sourcing risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and sourcing processes.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Supply Chain functions.




- Proven experience negotiating technology contracts, including software, SaaS, hardware, and professional services agreements.
- Robust analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and spend analysis.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations in a complex business environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Data Protection Agreements (DPAs)
- Software Licensing and Subscription Contracts
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to influence decision-making across multiple business functions.
- Experience working in a technology-driven or professional services environment.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
