The role involves converting instructional content, storyboards, and source materials into interactive, learner-centric eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and related rapid development tools.

6-8 years of experience in Content Development, with a significant focus on the e-learning industry.

Responsibilities

- Develop interactive eLearning courses, assessments, and simulations using rapid development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and related rapid development tools.
- Translate storyboards, scripts, and design documents into functional, high-quality learning modules.
- Apply instructional design principles to ensure content is engaging, effective, and learner-friendly.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, media teams, and SMEs.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple deliverables within defined timelines.




- Strong hands-on experience in using rapid development tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and related rapid development tools.
- Understanding of LMS integration, publishing standards, and course packaging.
- Ability to follow storyboards, branding, and accessibility guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

- Proven knowledge of various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.
- In addition, working knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and basic JavaScript for customization and troubleshooting would be a plus.
