Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Merchandiser responsible for maintaining attractive product displays, monitoring stock levels, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring products are presented effectively to maximize customer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and maintain attractive product displays and store layouts.

Ensure products are properly arranged, tagged, priced, and replenished.

Monitor inventory and coordinate with the store/warehouse team for stock availability.

Track fast-moving and slow-moving products.

Analyze sales trends and customer preferences.

Coordinate with the sales team to improve product visibility and sales.

Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.

Monitor promotional displays, offers, and recent product launches.

Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

Prepare basic merchandising and sales reports.





Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams when required.

Ensure the store remains organized, clean, and customer-friendly.

Requirements

Graduate/Diploma in Fashion, Retail, Merchandising, Business Management, or a related field preferred.

1–4 years of experience in retail/store merchandising.

Good knowledge of product presentation and inventory management.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Good understanding of customer behavior and retail trends.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Salary
