Stores Manager – Job Description_Workstation Location: Kasuva

Key KPI: Stock accuracy, timely GRN/issue slips, zero avoidable stock-outs, minimum wastage & monthly reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities / Detailed :

- Make entries and Manage receipt, storage, issue and transfer of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical verification.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and avoid stock-outs.
- Ensure proper GRN, issue slips and inventory documentation.
- Monitor provisions and daily consumption against requirements.
- Identify excess, slow-moving, damaged and expired stock.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Centres for material requirements.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper storage practices.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Supervise stores staff and ensure discipline and housekeeping.
- Control wastage, pilferage and unnecessary purchases.
- Stock Red Tag Clearance
- Vehicles, Equipment Maintenance, Repair & Services
