:

- Check and update the stock of all materials on a regular basis and maintain accurate inventory records.

- Identify materials that are running low or likely to be exhausted and inform the concerned team in advance for timely replenishment.

- Identify materials that are likely to get damaged, expire, or become unusable due to prolonged storage and inform the concerned team in advance for necessary action.

- Coordinate regularly with Project Managers and site teams across all ongoing project locations to understand their material requirements.

- Collect site-wise requirements and communicate them to the concerned procurement or management team for further action.

- Track the movement of materials between stores and project sites and maintain proper records of receipts, issues, transfers, and consumption.

- Conduct physical stock verification and report any mismatch between actual stock and inventory records.

- Ensure materials are properly stored, organized, and maintained at the store/site locations.

- Prepare and share regular stock and inventory status reports with management.

- Maintain inventory records using ERP systems, Google Sheets, MS Excel,



or other relevant software.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in the civil construction or road infrastructure industry.

- Experience handling inventory for multiple project/site locations.

- Positive understanding of construction materials and site requirements.

- Strong coordination and communication skills.

- Comfortable travelling to different project locations as required. Travel-related expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

- Good knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer applications.

- Should be comfortable learning and using new software and technology.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
